This sweet potato (or imo) shochu uses black koji?ÿwhich produces?ÿdelicate flavors of black malt, with a hint of sweet potato. It is aromatic and smooth,?ÿslightly sweet with a clean and dry finish. Alcohol content, ABV (25%).
