Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Cheese
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese is matured for a minimum of 16 months, it has a thick, hard yellow to orange rind. It is superb eaten on its own cut into chunks or slivers or served with ripe pears and a good red wine. It can also be grated over any number of hot or baked dishes, from pasta, polenta and risotto.
