Cacao Nibs are obtained from cacao beans. They are rich with natural source of antioxidants, dietary fiber and minerals. The organic cacao beans are fermented, selected, sun dried, cleaned and subsequently undergo size reduction, humidity reduction, followed with aroma and flavour development. They are next sweetened with yacon syrup which has low glycemic index and minimal amount of panela, the organic cacao nibs have crunchy texture and delightful intense flavour.
